Why Hire?

Add up the cost of hiring or chartering boats over a number of years and you will see it can be very expensive! Owning a share with a group of like minded owners and splitting the costs can save you thousands of pounds!

Ranworth Marine Ltd are based in Norfolk (United Kingdom) at Ferry Marina, Horning. The directors of the company have been involved in the marine industry for many years and are well positioned to offer help and advice to new and existing clients.

We have been operating boat sharing since 1999 and have therefore accrued a significant amount of experience to help or clients.

Each Syndicate holds an annual general meeting to discuss important issues relating to the well being of the boat. This way each owner can have important input into the care and use of the boat.

Training.

We provide full training which lasts around four hours when a new owner takes up their share. This ensures a good level of competency and provides each owner with a clear understanding of how to operate the boat confidently.

Boat Handling.
We can organise a range of practical courses for those owners who wish to hone their boating skills, from helmsman certificate - to Yacht Master.
